I sight that in 1948 when the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed, it still didn’t stop colonization from happening.

However after reviewing the AU African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, I man fail to see glaring differences in the two texts.

It even directly mentions the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the preamble and in Article 60.
