Isn't steam almost as unhealthy as smoke? I once read a study on hookahs that people thought it was not harmful, but it turned out to be extremely unhealthy. (now one should not believe all kind of research but I have heard it from several places too) The same I would believe with the chalice

not nearly vapour is akin to humidified air smoke has carbon monoxide which will murder you. not to mention the multiplex of carcinogens in the burning medium whether paper or wha man use. vapour is much much much safer than smoke what your probably referring to is the E pen cigarettes and E pen LIQUID THC. New research is coming out to suggest the chemicals within the E pen liquid can be dangerous... I am not talking about this form of vape. I only mean using pure solid unadulterated nuggs of herb. And putting it into an oven on 120 degrees for a few minutes...and smelling the air in the oven. No smoke..no harmful chemicals...only softly heated aromatised ganja

I don't know if I got the knowledge to answer, but anyways I&I see herb like the bible If you use a lot of herb for fun / to laugh over nothing you also take a step closer to the foolish self If you use the herb to meditate/clean your mind to overcome you can become a person to look wider on life. But anyways. The I is still the I The herb itself is not necessary good for you if we disregard sickness. Its the I who haffi work together with the herb. And some people just can't take it. I don't believe there is a clean answer to how herb affect human body cuz jah made InI different. And science can't show InI results all the time cuz its you who know you and feel you. The I + I and the InI I do know that herb helps a lot of people and I do know that herb affects InI well with a reasonable consumption I don't know if this has anything to do with your question, but I hope

Ganja is not an African tradition. Not directly anyway. it must be said there are countless ancient psychedelic herbs which ancient cultures did part take in the use of. Ganja however don't come to Rastafari through any redemptive African factor. GANJA come to Rastafari from INDIAN indentured servants during the late stages of slavery and post slavery. It's an Indian suppm. Rastafari are not Hindu neither Hare Krishna... Furthermore the sensimilla (female flower: without seeds) originates in Mexico again, not with InI Rastafari not with InI African @GA I don't agree with the first statement. Ganja is a 100% Afrikan tradition whether smoked or sniffed. The Tonga people grow and smoke ganja as part of their ancient culture and nuff grandmothers and fathers gather to smoke and none of them would be below the age of 80 and in their village there are no hospitals

I don't know of them people so I am not going to challenge you bredda but I think the western scientific consensus is that the earliest DEFINITE recording of ganja use come from Asia.
