---------------
we know the Ancients used the symbol of the Serpent represented DNA
---------------

That is something you know? I doubt that.

It probably had nothing to do with DNA.

With all due respect Ark I, quite the contrary...

Western science also seriously doubled that the Dogon had such detailed and ancient knowledge of Sirius B. But that doesn’t make less so.

Ancient AFU-RA-KANS represented the double helix as THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE.

In ancient texts, there are several accounts that imply ancient civilizations having knowledge in advanced science that we humans have just learned in the modern era. The double helix model of the DNA, is sometimes linked with the double helix snake on a rod symbol, found commonly among medical symbols. This has been linked to the fact that the snake symbol is based on the DNA model, which is some evidence of ancient historians having knowledge about the DNA genome model.

The original godz, being Master Astronomers and observing/recording the movement of constellations every 26,000 years, knew the Magnetic forces at the center of the galaxy twist nebula into the shape of DNA. As NASA and western science has just RECENTLY found out, The DNA nebula is about 80 light-years long. It's about 300 light-years from the supermassive black hole at the center of the Milky Way.

As they also knew the Divine Law of As Above. So Below formula, they overstood the ancient scientific knowledge about the Soul, the Self and the body (including DNA, the double helix shape is commonly seen inside living organisms) and encoded this knowledge in their creation stories. The symbol of the Cosmic Serpent, the snake is connected to the double helix of DNA inside virtually all living beings.

Ancient Egyptians represented the double helix (building blocks of life) with the SERPENT hence the cobra on their headset... which literally symbolized "knowledge of self" or consciousness. This same double helix matches the trajectory of Sirius A & Sirius B planets which comes around every 26,000 years.

People all through time including the present make patterns and symbols, sometimes from their own imagination. Looking through history and finding symbols that are similar to symbols or objects of today, and applying that meaning to it is not evidence of truth.

Egypt wrote about the things they studied, so why wouldn't they write about their knowledge of DNA rather than just making symbolic references to it? Also, why is it only now in these times when people started talking about a double helix DNA shape, that people now "realize" that it was what Egypt was representing with the serpent rod and the twisted hieroglyph. How did such advanced knowledge become completely lost in a civilization that kept so much records of their knowledge? Some claim that the hieroglyph known as the twisted flax or wick symbol, because it represents the wicks they made by twisting flax fibres together; is actually a strand of DNA.

Be realistic. Don't free yourself from one illusion to just pick up another in its place, and don't fall prey to specious claims. Don't be biased, use the same scrutiny you use on the Bible on other sources of information.

The ancients did know the spiral to be a basic building block of life. And its connection to the serpent being obvious...
It takes a blind civilisation to overlook that.
Above, below, inside, ouside reflecting oneness - no surprise our DNA is shaped same way. The deeper and broader we look the more manifestations of the same life energy and its patters we will see.
Wether DNA was known in ancient times is another question. It is possible and there are further arguments supporting that claim. The symbolization of serpents alone does not prove the existence of that knowledge.

Could the I give I some references for that. The only references I have found are in books where people are trying to make a connection to DNA.

To address the issue of DNA:

INI give infinite thanks and praises unto our Afrikan Ancestors who left detailed records for the world to witness and remember, in the face of prejudiced western minds who would attempt to discredit or out right disbelieve the Afrikan Genius and scientific/spiritual contributions to mankind.

Our Kushite ancestors, Founders of ALL spiritual systems, high science, who calculated and navigated the circumference of the Earth, we're Master Astronomers, overstood the Fibonacci numbers, golden ratio, Pi, Sexual Contraceptive, Spermicide, Circumcision,
Botany, Zoology, Astronomy, Mathematics, Medicine, Anatomy, Antibiotics, Embalming, Surgical instruments, Medical specialists, Dentistry....

But...

Didn't know about DNA, it's molecular structure and function??????

We, who used symbols to teach the Mysteries of the Universe/Life ....somehow forgot to symbolize our knowledge of DNA? Really?? That our symbol of the double helix as the BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE...

....was what? Coincidence?

Really?

No I. It is there for everyone to have an eye (I) witness account. While we point out the universe, some can only see as far as our fingertips. The knowledge is there!!! Please don't take MY word for it, the pictures posted, the references offered, do an indepedent research and study for yourselves, if you can get past ingrained prejudices.

It is an offense and insult unto InI to discredit our contributions. Sadly, we have become well familiar with western desecration of our-story.

The western propaganda press and its scholarly co-conspirators in the academia have finally admitted that African Kemit gave the world the gift of medical sciences as opposed to previously peddled lies.

There is nothing illusionary about that bredren. With all due respect, I am more prone to believe in the factual records of our Ancestors, such as the genius of Imhotep then I am in fictional biblical characters and storied.

Imhotep, the Prince of Peace, the Egyptian
inventor of medicine and healing was a real historical African genius who received the book of healing from the mysterious forces of ancestral Africa.

This book was later given to the world and it forms the basis of modern medicine and surgery.

Imhotep was also the first known physician, medical professor and a prodigous writer of medical books. As the first medical professor.

According to Sir William Osler, Imhotep was the:

“..first figure of a physician to stand out clearly from the mists of antiquity.” Imhotep diagnosed and treated over 200 diseases, 15 diseases of the abdomen, 11 of the bladder, 10 of the rectum, 29 of the eyes, and 18 of the skin, hair, nails and tongue. Imhotep treated tuberculosis, gallstones, appendicitis, gout and arthritis. He also performed surgery and practiced dentistry.

The continued use by African natural Doctors of medicinal herbs and animal products, and practices such as cosmetic dental filing, brain trepanning, orthopeadic procedures, known to ancient Egyptians suggest sustained scientific and religious interaction in the past.

This is very significant since it is widely known that the foundations of modern western medicine came from Egypt. Around 50 percent of the plants used in ancient Egypt remained in clinical use. Medical tools like forceps, scissors and surgical blades, were lifted unchanged from ancient Egyptian medical science into modern westen medicine. Medical practices, and knowledge of human anatomy, also found their way into the body of scintific knowledge underlying western medicine.

Twisted History"

The Double Helix of DNA and Genesis: by Charles N. Pope

The initial mapping of the human genome has taken less than 50 years since the discovery of the double helix of DNA by Crick and Watson. Yet, as we spiral head-long into the Genetic Age, it is not without a wrenching sense of deja vu. The Bible and other ancient histories may be very sketchy regarding the origins of man, but we know that this threshold has been reached before. As it turns out, the basic structure of life is not only a modern revelation, but certainly among the oldest. In the Bible, the creator of man is of course Yahweh. In Mesopotamian history, it is the god Ea who fashioned man from the clay. His name in the Sumerian language was Enki, "Lord of Earth," and his symbol was two serpents twisted together in the act of mating.

"What did the emblem of entwined serpents - the symbol for medicine and healing to this very day - represent? The discovery by modern science of the double-helix structure of DNA ... offers the answer: the Entwined Serpents emulated the structure of the genetic code, the secret knowledge of which enabled Enki to create The Adam and then grant Adam and Eve the ability to procreate."

Both names, Ptah and Khnum, signify "molder" or "fashioner." Ptah is depicted "creating life on a potter's wheel." The god Khnum of Upper Egypt was specifically "The Potter God," and was sometimes depicted as shaping a man or a king on his potter's wheel - a well known Biblical metaphor.

The double helix formed from two serpents is an ideal symbol for the duality of life itself. As we now know, the DNA of two parents is first separated in the reproductive process. One strand from the father and one from the mother are then recombined to create a new life. Genesis 2:24 states, "a man ... shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. This is not crudely referring only to sexual intercourse, but also to the creation of one life from the genetic contributions of two.

The double helix was depicted as Entwined Serpents; the Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol for 'Ptah' ... It takes no imagination at all to see the double helix of DNA as the prominent symbol of his name

If you have a better explanation of what that symbol means, given the information shared, both historical and scientific, please share your thoughts.

That symbol represents glottal h sound. Which is why it is the last symbol in the name Ptah. The reason for its shape is from a twisted flax wick. And even if that wasn't its meaning, it is a twisted symbol that could mean all sorts of things. To make the jump that it represents DNA, is not proof or evidence. It is just applying the meaning of a symbol used today to the meaning of old symbol.

Just because I am not believing something based on a statement and assumptions, doesn't mean it has anything to do with race. Don't project your racial prejudice on I. I don't care if a claim is made by Europeans, Africans or anybody else, I don't just assume it is true because the claim is made.

In the ancient concept of Kundalini the symbol of a serpent represents the spiraling life energy. (Climbing up the spine just like DNA)
In taoism the ying yang symbol represents the interpenetration of the spiral forces of nature.
Ancient China studied the patterns of nature in the science of Li. And the spiral was one of the main and most developed geometrical concepts there. Spiral patterns on the Neolithic pottery of East Asia and the Far East
"Spirals, as signs of clouds and wind can also refer to [the] term ch'i [!] which means 'cloudy vapor, breath' and in metaphysical sense 'the lifegiving principle [!]. Ying and Yang, heaven and earth, sun and moon, all possess their own ch'i [!] That spirals were conceived as signs of life is corroborated by ancient pictographs in which a spiral added to a picture of an animal indicates that it represented a breathing, that is a living animal. In conclusion the circle-spiral patterns (...) may have been symbols of celestial powers, of the movement of the winds and clouds, and, in general, of the lifegiving force permeating the universe [!]"
