No, I haven't seen a video of Haile Selassie I being baptised. What would make the I think that Haile Selassie I wasn't dipped in the water? Does the I have some information that makes the I think this? Baptism by dipping is the common way it is done for the Ethiopian Orthodox. While some Ethiopian Orthodox don't dip in present time, I thought that most still do, at least in Ethiopia. And at the time that Haile Selassie I was baptised, I think that at least most, and probably all Ethiopian churches would have baptised by dipping. That is a practice that most Christian Orthodox churches have maintained even today.
