When you say SELASSIE I you are inferring to a knowledge of 'God' within self that opposes the literal biblical relationship with the most high. Unless you mean SELASSIE the 1st

No, I haven't seen a video of Haile Selassie I being baptised. What would make the I think that Haile Selassie I wasn't dipped in the water? Does the I have some information that makes the I think this?

Baptism by dipping is the common way it is done for the Ethiopian Orthodox. While some Ethiopian Orthodox don't dip in present time, I thought that most still do, at least in Ethiopia. And at the time that Haile Selassie I was baptised, I think that at least most, and probably all Ethiopian churches would have baptised by dipping. That is a practice that most Christian Orthodox churches have maintained even today.

Seen. Considering that it is a fundamentally Afrikan tradition, as well as an Ethiopian Orthodox one, I would assume His Majesty would have been.
