Iylah Kings,
This is a blessed reasoning, but Iwombman would also love if the I's would have the reasoning on a separate thread!
On the topic of Natural Healing WiseItes,
Iwombman have been having some success this week in managing menstrual pain/nausea: avoiding all grains (opting for beans and cassava, taro, and greens instead of grains), and drinking a tea made from ginger root, cinnamon sticks, and boiled lime wedges. The grains, I read, can be hard to digest for wombman during certain weeks. The tea is a combination to ease general nausea. I often do the ginger and lime but adding the cinnamon helps!
I hope this info is helpful for others as well, and any other tips would be Ippreciloved!
I Sistren has mentioned polycystic ovary syndrome, but the only ways I know of to diagnose that would be blood tests and intravaginal ultrasound; the treatments would be hormone pills, diabetes medication, weight loss (for obese individuals, but Iwombman am already thin) or surgeries. Haha I am not really into any of those ideas, but I am willing to learn more about the situation. Do any Ones know about ovarian cysts and natural treatments for this type of ailment? I have read that hormone imbalance (which can be caused by taking contraceptive pills at a young age, which Iwombman did) is the main reason for cysts to develop, so maybe an herb to balance hormone system? Any Idrens know of a good MedI for these things?
LOVE Haile.
