I found that Jah does not want IandI to know what exactly to eat , but also exactly when to eat! Timing of food not depend on clock but on where the sun is positioned, igestion is best when sun is high in sky, Jah wants IandI to gain enrgy at night, pray, do things in spirit,, digesting heavy meals takes up to 80% of ones energy.
So it makes sense food should be eaten in daylight when it can be seen in the light, and studys show humans eats with their eys also, seeing the colors of the fruit picked off tree in bright daylight helps igest the colorful fruit, receive the vibrations through eyes, yes a pleasant view, a beautiful friend is like an apple thi the eye.Eye food, its unhealthy to look at some things.
