AS the movie 'Wizard of Oz' tells a lion is just not a lion with out COURAGE. Its of the heart, no weak heart has much of it.

here is a meditation on Courage , less and less cowardice, more courage to infinity

Yes I, InI got to be iron like a lion in Zion !
I've been reading though the website Hon Jess linked, all 20 lessons seem very useful.

I have also found this website http://www.kundaliniyoga.org/ to be a usefull tool.
