Dont worry, dont fear, dont even concentrate on it, when we concentrate we tend to concentrate on just a part, but in Irie meditation there is no concentration on part but just awareness ,of the whole and being all inclusive of the inspirations coming at the I from all irections Rasta is not hard to speak on, it infinite, eternal, no isisms and skisms...(some never ovastand this ism and skision, all isms and skisions are like sexism, racism, facism, and so on, also why rastafari is not rastafarians, we are not seperate from truth but from but from illusion)... and meaning no seperations, no boundarys, no limits, Rastafari increaces wisdom by taking advice and raspecting all religions and phlosophies and people , races, spiritualitys, cultures....musics and so on..... Rasta is essence of creation, image of JAH on Earth, mankind is sacred and earth is sacred and JAH surly is most high, creature, creation and creator are one just as trinity is one just as family man womban child is one. Whether be Selassie, Garvey, Bob Marley, or anybody it seems to be the One message of truth getting to JAH PEOPLES I found every one needs a certain style of package that the truth comes in for the truth to get into them This is why Jah has given so many styles of religion and spirituality and culture. many tools there are, but who uses them skillfully? creeds can keep ones back from many truth in other creeds, so Rastafari dont play that. The truth is One and wisdom so profound is available now in the information age its a doorway... to the age of enlightenment , the way of inner truth and light..this is the light that will make this world green and vibrant again, thriving with life, in balance and harmony. why have imaginary boundary keeping INI back from truth on other sides? The truth is like this, it can be a mountain or a hand..... One person is on one side and the other person is on the other side the person on that side see that side of mountain and person on this side sees this side of mountain! So it is with the truth!
