greetings,

i am have been smoking for 2 years and i want to know how can i quit truely. I smoke because i get stressed or my head is feeling uneasy. What are some healing remedies beside smoking marijuana because i'm still on probation.

Think about the cancer you will get if you keep smoking tobacco, maybe that will motivate you to quit.
