I am following this dudes advice to grow my own dreadlocks, hopefully it will work. My hair is only at the 1 month stage so it looks like the guy in the 1 month video. My only question is that I like to run a lot and my hair gets sweaty when I run. So should I wash it then or not? I am trying to only wash my hair one time a week with Dr. Bronners 18-in-1 Hemp PEPPERMINT PURE-CASTILE SOAP MADE WITH ORGANIC OILS
