Yesterday I and I was working out in the gym, running on the treadmill. I was running for a couple of miles, and I started to get tired, then I started chanting PRAISE JAH PRAISE JAH my endurance came right back and I was able to go another couple of miles PRAISE HIS DIVINE IMPERIAL MAJESTY HAILE SELASSIE I MIGHTY REDEEMER KING OF KINGS LORD OF LORDS IGZIABEHER NEGUSA NEGAST HOLY HOLY HOLY HOLY HOLY GOD JAH RASTAFARI
