Recently the store where I used buy my Ital food has closed down becuause of competition from a chain store. A good friend of mine has organic foods delivered to his home but he is away for a few weeks and I can't contact him. Does anyone here know of any of these in Britain who could point I towards a company that offfers these services?

I recommend you going on the google link I gave you,and type in "choplets",from there you can purchase that tastey tofu.

*you can cut the veg. choplets realy small,season it with walkerswood jerk seasoning,let it marinate 20 min. -(Just be sure to aply wet paper towel on top of the tofu during marinating),and then steam it on a wok.-be sure to eat with jerk bbq sauce!!

Cook your own Ital! Visit health food stores, purchase produce and get cooking.

You can also buy some nice Tofu, and soy meats and add to a sweet cook up.."ital" which is Vital to the body

tofu" mean square in japan" i chop some onion in some oil crush the tofu with a fork add to pan with frish seasoning salt a little curry, tumaric, or soy sauce, u can add tomato.

its as scrumbled egg

tofu takes any flavour

easy to make

For organic shops in the UK go to Planet Organic, Wholefoods, Holland & Barrets have sections and for fresh veg the local shops Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco. There's also the London Vegan Festival on 7Sept in Kensington - don't know if the I is in London but its a really good festival, lotsa irie things: books, clothes, food.

it was right on one of the main streets on the second floor
not sure what the breddas name was anymore been there like 12 years ago

It is rather a coincidence you should ask this today NineMile since I have just come back from Camden. I did visit a reggae shop while I was there but it was on the ground floor of the building so I'm not sure if it was the same shop the I remembers but it had moved or if it was a different store.
