It's not a matter of ital, but what was forbidden by God, seen? God never said we should not eat salt, cooking oil, etc! He only commanded us not to take grapes nor meat, seen? So I will use salt and oil, and still be clean before God! If mankind does not use salt and oil, then he is not different from the animals! Man has to take the beast out of himself through civilization, seen? Bless..

I don't live my life thinking of what the doctor has to say about me, but I am always mindful of He who created all living things including the doctor! If I am clean before God, then who is the doctor in my life? I haven't heard of God saying that salt and oil pollute people...but I have heard Him forbidding leaven, blood, wine, vinegar,etc! Raspect..

Jah people, dis thread is about ital cooking. I n I know salt is not ital, so u can't include it under dis thread. Why include things dat are not ital under a topic dat is about ital. Ones should not confuse ital with de nazerite vow. Why can't ones start a topic about bible n nazerite vow cookin instead instead conflicting dis ital thread. Bless my Lord.

Ye my king. Ital is food dat grows in de garden. It is natural food from plants. When cooking de plants no chemical or animal product should be added. No artificial colourants, sweetners, flavourants e.t.c. Only plants n natural plant products are used as ingredients when cookin ital. Also de plants are used while still fresh to prepare ital. Once it ferments then its nolonger ital. Dat means wine n all alcoholic beverages n all fermented food is not ital. Soft drinks n most if not all de juice sold at shops is not ital. Ital is vital. Did God command us to eat ital only? And not other naturals things like oil, milk and salt? Because as I see, when you were a baby, your mother used to breastfeed you, right? So if milk is not ital, why is it natural to breastfeed a person? How does avoiding salt, oil and milk bring a person closer to God? Can a person find their way into Zion by avoiding salt, oil and milk? Tell me Black heart!

Black heart, Why did you say it is irrelevant to reason about the Nazarite vow on this thread, Ital Cooking? I thought those who first came up with the term 'Ital' had read in the Scriptures and were trying to describe a lifestyle that God requires of us! Raspect..
