Giv thanks Ras Raza but I man nah talk about soya produts since I already knew dat most of dem ain't ital due to some of de ingredients like salt in dem. I question is what are de problems associeted with soya dat bro Garvey Africa was referin to? When I talk about soya I mean de unproccessed soya bean (de way it is from de garden) dats what I man use.
