Re:Sodium, ?Ital

The concept of Ital isnt just 'I'm not eating this or that'

To say salt is not ital is like to say sugar is not ital, ignorant of the natural salts (and sugars) in ital food such as callaloo, spinach and even sweet potato. We need sodium to live; it is vital. But only in small amounts - This is what i was trying to say. And we can get more than enough vital sodium from a balanced diet of naturally occurring foods. As to avoid dietary hyponatraemia from excessively low salt / high water intake. Although this is unlikely, the fact that this disease could kill you; and the fact sodium is present in every cell in I body through the sodium-potassium transport; a so I can recognise Ital when I see it.

- For most people (and i'd guess a good 90% +) it isn't an issue because they eat processed foods / unhealthy foods with so much salt additives in them, combined with a diet low in fresh-water; they are already at maximal and dangerous salt levels after the first daily meal. This is important to overstand.
- But if you live purely ital, no processed foods, drink lots of water, exercise and are in a hot country (producing sweat).... you may want to make sure your not hyponatraemic. (Search: hyponatraemia and Vegan or Search: Athletes and salt water)
-There are also so many diseases which cause your body to be running at a lower than normal salt level (possibly without you realising), if you then went an adopted an excessively low salt diet you may be killing yourself.

But to make it clear ADDING salt is never Ital / healthy / wise / a good idea.

This is NOT ital:

Yes Rasta. I&I love the righteous reasonings among the Kings and Empresses. Bless up.
I don't follow all of the laws of the Torah either, obviously as I eat vegan and don't sacrifice bulls or doves or even grains as described in those scriptures. I am still researching to know whether or not the Torah commandments are even divine or necessary. The question was just to make Ones think and to hear the reasonings.
Iwombman am still in the transition to Ital livity, still using certain things like plastic bags and store-bought shampoo, although the unnecessary foods are easier for I to omit. Give thanks for the Rastafari Idren who are good examples of pure and Ital livity.
Blessed peace and love.

No animal substances, no artificial substances and no additional sugar or salt. You can eat salt or sugar that is naturally in food already. For example artichokes contain a high amount of sodium which is an mineral that is in salt. But that is a exception because most vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices don't contain as much salt as an artichoke. Iman would just recommend to keep everything as Ital is possible for Ital is vital.

Why Ital
We all have a body/mind from which place the soul experiences creation and we connect to consciousness. Although whats done to the body wont provide iritual experience, illness or impurity of body/mind will interfere with it, therefore we keep the body and mind pure - free from contaminents which end up in our blood stream, free from the suffering of other conscious sentient beings human or animal. The mental seperation that goes on between living animal and meat on plate is opposed to connection to the irit. If all our actions are livicated to Jah, a diet potent with natural energy is the one. Even in babylon life can be lived and body nourished consciously, with a little research and practice. There's no coincidence many spiritual religions follow at least a vegetarian diet.

With regard to personal care, its not easy to find completely natural products - I found a site (UK) called Handmade Naturals that only use natural ingredients and also supply pure shea butter and cocoa butter from Africa. There is also a recipe on this site for healing hair oil, it requires several essential oils, I buy those I use for other things from a good quality supplier locally and got the rest cheap via Amazon.

The I dem cook up with tumeric? They (western science) are now starting to catch on and say its anti cancerous antioxidant antideath and antibabylon... Lol. Of course them a take full credit for this 'new' information

+ Sister have you tried a natural castor oil mix for a healing hair oil product? I wonder if that's an ingredient they use too.

Sorry I meant it is on this site -

I use sweet almond oil tho thanks for the suggestion. Yes tumeric is known to be very useful, good for the blood. Brightens up some dishes too! Babylon come with surprise when they find a simple food / spice with properties like this, shocked because they spent centuries perfecting food that tastes addictive and is basically poison, now health is in the hands of the poor they want to make it exclusive no doubt.

I havent come with any recipes sorry, I dont stick to Ital as strictly as I would like (i.e.I use tinned and packet food) - thats why Blackheart is an Ispiration - I like to make things like soups and stews, homemade burgers because I can pack in nuff nutrients and my son eats no problems. I was raised vegetarian, now vegan, and what with working full time and being a mother I dont have time or space to grow my own food. One day.
Bless

Greetings and blessed love I&I.
Lately Iwombman have been feeling fatigued. Usually a long-distance runner, I feel tired after 5 miles, or some days just too tired to run at all.
Any Ital nutritional suggestions to help lift energy?
BTW this is not an Iritual thing, no depression fatigue! Iwombman praise and feel joyful Itinually, just a physical lack of energy lately!

Spirulina.

Also make sure is not a iron deficiency true I know the I a vegan. Search for some iron sources too

Other than that, plentiful rest and recovery, take on more water and eat more slow burn release of energy foods in your diet too even a wild or brown rice dish can help with this due to its slow transit.

Hopefully this should work for the I and I'm sure the idem will have further suggestion.

Sweet potato seems to work for me when I'm feeling tired like dis from workin so much tryna workout n run for sum reason it seem to rejuvenate me. I remember a TV show a long time ago said it was one of the worlds most perfect foods so not to long ago I read of a study done on test subjects given only sweet potatoes for sometime with no ill effects. When I find it will try post it!

Give thanks Kings.
Spirulina is one food I should try. I got some freeze-dried powder of spirulina and didn't like the taste and texture, so maybe just try the plant itself?
As for iron, Iwombman eat dried fruits - raisins, apricots, cranberries. Hopefully I am eating enough of them.
And yams, I bake with a little coconut oil, leave until morning. And then eat with walnuts for breakfast. Yum =)
Blessed love, guidance, itection iternally.
