Ye Bro Zion Mountain. To extract from a coconut simply crush it into fine paste n mix in hot water. Then filter n squeeze it out to a clean pot. In de pot yu get coconut milk which yu then heat uncovered to evaporate till yu left with oil in de pot. Use de oil. However its more vital to substitute cookin oil with crushed nuts. I man use peanuts to cook ital. I simply crush raw peanuts into powder then mix with food to cook in pot. So avoid processed oil to avoid too much oil. Blessed love

So just crushing raw peanuts will give I raw oil,what about soya beans?Iman cant do that of a coconuts because we dont have them over this part of the continent. Does this mean I no longer eat fried foods like potato cheaps?

Iyah Zion Mountain, the I has the Ithority to make those decisions about eating fried foods. In Iditation and study this morning, Iwombman read Leviticus 2:13 and see that Yhwh commands Yisrael to add salt to all offerings. Just wondering if any Idren omit salt to live Ital but also follow the Bible, and how the I's feel about this. Blessed love and Peace Rastafari.

Truthful. salt is not ital. Also ital is not about de bible. De I can make chips with extra virgin olive oil but Try to avoid fried food. Yu can make potato chips by roasting. Yu can also soak n grind soya beans to cook with dem food like leafy vegetables instead of cookin oil but nuts are more suitable since they got more fats. Avoid proccessed foods even if proccessed by yu. Whole food such as whole wheat, whole maize flour are more vital. Raspect.

Yeah man, This thing called Ital is not derived from the Scriptures..........neither is it what God requires of us! But it is just a thing that some Rastas thought to create and stick to........it does not make one righteous! bless
