I frequently refer to the “Elite Cabal” in my writing. Different people may mean different things by such terminology. Very briefly, here’s what i&I mean:
The first thing to emphasize is that Elite Cabal (aka Shadow Government, Deep State, etc.) is global, REALLY DOES EXIST, and isn’t just some whacky conspiracy theory. At the highest tier, it’s the titans of international finance, banking, and money creation such as the Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan and Lehman families and other finance and central banking moguls who associate through the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) in Basel, Switzerland. At the next tier it’s all kinds of wealthy & influential power brokers from international business, the government-military-industrial complex, major broadcast & print media, academia, entertainment, politics, and even organized crime. They associate in exclusive forums such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg Group. These top two tiers fund and utilize for strategy development & implementation a panoply of tax-exempt foundations (e.g., the Rockefeller Foundation) and think tanks (e.g., the RAND Corp.). Finally, there is the “operations” tier of the “Deep State” with which most people are familiar. This consists of career people in government including law enforcement and military institutions, like the FBI and Pentagon, as well as secretive government intelligence agencies like the CIA, NSA, British MI6 and Israeli Mossad which have billions of dollars in black budgets that are not subject to any meaningful oversight or control by elected officials. The secretive agencies are intimately intertwined with international organized crime so that their own covert assets and/or highly-skilled professional criminals can undertake the shady and sometimes outright illegal activities that the Elite Cabal/Deep State needs to have undertaken (e.g., international drug trafficking).
