Ripe yellow-skinned bananas doused in raw virgin coconut oil tastes wonderful. I am having such a meal for breakfast, and loving it, I thought I should share, so I have done so.

The bananas are peeled then cut into pebble-sized pieces, on a plate. Pour the oil over the pieces on the plate. Then use a fork. You can also take piece by piece of banana, by a fork, and dip it in a cup of oil before indulging your taste-buds in a delicious treat.

Use a spoon if you like.
A fork works best for me in the dipping business.

This recipe should not be fried or cooked : it is 100 % raw. It is my invention.

I, once, some time gone by, tried the same method with avocado and raw honey - cutting up the peeled ripe avocado into pieces, then pouring raw honey over them. It was tasty and appealing to the tongue.

My teeth and mouth feel extremely clean after brushing with raw garlic.

This system of preparing food with coconut oil is perfect for dressing boiled meat dishes such as boiled beans or peas or peanuts in addition to raw and fresh garlic and pepper and natural salt. Also boiled or roasted meat.
