Greetings Brother John,
I used to struggle with acne a lot so I can speak from experience. My mother, father, and most siblings never had acne, except one of my older sisters who continues to have a few spots on her face every now and then. Because of this, I dont think that it is genetic as the I Voodoo says. I think acne is a symptom of something that is not in balance for the individual. As we know, all bodies are slightly different even in asmuchas they are the same. For this reason, a person can eat, sleep, behave the same way as her sister and yet one of them has acne and one does not.
I suggest the Idren look onto all aspects of life from food, water (is it tap water with fluoride, a calcifying agent that messes with hormones?), soaps, laundry detergents, pillows and pillow cases, and habits such as touching the face a lot or being extremely stressed a lot of the time. All of these factors and more can cause an imbalance, and sometimes one person is more sensitive than another and will have a stronger symptom of the imbalance.
KNOW THYSELF.
When the I investigate those aspects and have more questions, I might have more to suggest. I know that for Iself, keeping a totally vegan Livity as well as keeping all soaps 100% organic and natural, abstaining from alcohol, and ceasing use of all pharmasceuticals has all led to a clearer and clearer complexion in terms of the acne.
JAH love Ivermore!
