The ancient Egyptians were the descendants of Noah's son, Khawm (Ham in English). Khawm means black, hot and burnt. The ancient Egyptians called their land and themselves Khemet, which in their tongue means "THE LAND OF BLACKS." The word Khemet is nothing but a variation on the word Khawm in the language of ancient Egypt. In Psalm 78:51, Egypt is called "The House of Ham (Khawm)."
The scriptures tell us that Africans descended from Noah's son Ham and Isreal (Hebrews) descended from Noah's son Shem. Isreal's son Joseph was sold to Arabs, by his brothers, and then sold in to slavery in Egypt. Years later, when Joseph's brothers come to buy some food in Egypt, Joseph recognizes his brothers, but his brothers do not recognize him as they could not tell him apart from the Egyptians.
When the Hebrews and the Egytians had a funeral for Joseph, the Canaanites observed the funeral and made no distinction between the Hebrews and the Egyptians, calling the procession "a grievous morning to the Egyptians". The Hebrews go on to live in Egypt for 430 years.
In the time of Moses, the Pharaoh ordered the death of the Hebrews first born Males. Moses is escapes this and is raised by the Pharaoh's daughter as an Egyptian. If the Hebrews and Egyptians looked different, how could Moses, a Hebrew, be raised by Egyptian royalty?
In Exodus 2:16-19 Moses helps the daughters of Reuel water their flock, they tell their father that "an Egyptian" delivered us out of the hand of the shepherds, and also drew water enough for us, and watered the flock.
There is also scripture and writtings from ancient historians that describe the Ethiopians and the Hebrews as looking like one another. Point being, there were African Nations before and after the Tribes of Isreal as the people of Isreal were constantly mistaken for Egyptians and other African Nations.
