to me i see it jah created all in 6 days and rested on the 7th, and wanted all of us to keep it holy. But we were not made for the Sabbath, rather the Sabbath is made for us as iyesus kristos teached us, some may choose to not move the entire time and give thanks, but others are not able to but do acknowedge it and keep it holy in what they do for the day..... Sabbath is supposed to be held sundown friday to sundown saturday(some until sunrise sunday), but through babylon switching Ethiopian they most hold it on Sunday.

The Sabbath is the natural order of creation. You work and rest, natural. Nowerdays the world doesn't think about resting and regenerating. I believe this is the true problem of man. If you take time to overthink things you are more balanced and in harmony.

As for I n I, we are Israelites and keep it holy in I n I Incient Customs. Read it in your bible, that's all you need to know.
