Yet culturally, these transgressions are not accepted among Rasta. Rasta dont mix with that element Ru Paul to Frankie Paul to John Paul. Nor would we want to join forces with paedophiles rapists etc This is why Rastafari is not just a ideology but a livity. Through and through.

You don't have to accept it. It's just "Black Lives Matter". It's not "Black Gay Lives Matter". The founders being LGBTQ did not ask for people to embrace LGBTQ in order to embrace the fact that black lives matter. And if a black person is beaten or killed by the police you don't have to research them to see if you can agree with their life choices before standing up for that person's right to exist and make whatever bad choices they choose. If you disagree with their life choices does it make it okay for the cops to murder them?

BLM is not about gay rights. The LGBTQ community is honestly much better at fighting for their own rights because they unify around their common ground. They don't say "Well... that person is gay like us but we don't like how they dress so that person can't protest with us."

If you're taking a plane to Jamaica and the captain gets on the intercom and it sounds like he's gay, are you gonna get off the plane? If you've been at your job for 10 years and your boss retires and is replaced by a Lesbian woman, are you gonna quit? If you have kids and there's a trans kid at your kid's school, are you gonna pull your kid out of school? What exactly does it mean to mix? No one said you have to be BFFs. No one said you have to protest next to a dude wearing daisy dukes. 99% of the protestors aren't LGBTQ nor did they have to sign up for the newsletter.

The reality is that LGBs have been in our community since ancient times. You just didn't know who was gay and who wasn't because they had to hide it. You may have a family member who is LGBTQ. Are you going to stop loving them? Are you going to kick them out of your family? It's easy to simply not like the concept. And culturally, honestly, it is only a "transgression" because of the influence of the bible.

There’s no one ‘gay gene,’ but genetics are linked to same-sex behavior, new study says
